● The copyright infringement case filed by Youku was selected as 2024 Top 15 IP cases by Shandong High Court.

● The trademark infringement case filed by MLB related to counterfeit goods, which was selected as one of the 10 typical online infringement and counterfeiting crime cases by the Ministry of Public Security in 2024.

● The trademark infringement case filed by Nike, which was selected as one of the Top 10 intellectual property cases by the Qingdao Court in 2023.

● Annually represented Hennessy in Customs intellectual property protection matters. The case involving the Kunming Customs seizing infringing goods was selected as one of the Top 10 typical cases of intellectual property protection by the General Administration of Customs in 2023.

● The copyright infringement case filed by Youku related to the TV series “Yulouchun” was selected as one of the Top 10 intellectual property cases by the Qingdao Court in 2023.

● The trademark infringement case filed by MLB, which was selected as one of the five typical cases for punitive damages in intellectual property in Shandong Province in 2023.

● Annually represented MLB in Customs intellectual property protection matters. The joint crackdown on infringing clothing, shoes, and hats by the Guangzhou and Jiangmen Customs through postal channels was selected as one of the Top 10 typical cases of intellectual property protection by the General Administration of Customs in 2023.

● The trademark infringement case filed by Burberry against counterfeit Japanese purchasing of Burberry Black Label clothing, which was selected as one of the Top 10 intellectual property protection cases by the the list of CAEFI-QBPC Y2023-Y2024 Best Practice.

● Annually represented Lenovo in Customs intellectual property protection matters. The case involving the Huangpu Customs seizing infringing power adapters during the import process was selected as one of the Top 10 typical cases of intellectual property protection by the General Administration of Customs in 2023.

● The trademark infringement case filed by MLB against live-streaming sales of counterfeit goods was selected as a typical case of criminal intellectual property protection by the Guangdong High Court in 2023. It was also included in the list of typical cases for strengthening judicial protection of intellectual property by the Guangdong Procuratorate.

● The color trademark infringement case filed by Deere Company against some manufacturer, included in the list of CAEFI-QBPC Y2021-Y2022 Best Practice;

● The trademark infringement case filed by Calvin Klein against a similar mark registrant etc., included in the list of CAEFI-QBPC Y2021-Y2022 Best Practice;

● The pre-litigation injunction in a copyright piracy case filed by Youku against a short video platform, both Shandong Province and Qingdao Top 10 IPR Cases in 2021.

● The trademark infringement case filed by Calvin Klein against a manufacturer, included in Hebei Province Top IPR Cases in 2020.

● The copyright piracy case filed by Youku against the infringer, included in the list of Qingdao Top 10 IPR Cases in 2020;
